In the afternoons, we will have workshops & discussions exploring philosophy and some of the key texts which lie at the heart of yoga: The Bhavagad Gita and The Yoga Sutras.
This retreat is for all levels of yoga practitioners, who are keen to deepen their yoga practice on all levels.
