Enjoy a nourishing & relaxing weekend filled with vinyasa yoga & daily meditation practices. This retreat is designed to be a perfect balance of movement and stillness. Social connection and solitude. Fun & light with depth of personal reflection.

In addition to the daily yoga practices, one afternoon workshop we will also bring to light how to weave yoga into your everyday actions and intentions through Patanjali’s Classical 8 Limbs of Yoga.

Soak in the fresh air with bush walks & delicious vegetarian home cooked meals, immersed in nature in the majestic Blue Mountains. This retreat is a perfect weekend getaway to set your intentions, clear your mind and start the new year feeling refreshed & calm.

Open to all levels of yoga practitioners – but a general level of fitness is required.

Retreat Space

Located in Mount Victoria in the Blue Mountains, just 90 minutes drive from Sydney. Our retreat is set on 40 beautiful acres overlooking the sweeping valley. It features a purpose built yoga shala, delicious fresh vegetarian meals (with many of our delicious meals coming straight from the garden).

Enjoy self guided bush-walks or strolls through the garden, and solar powered hot tub to soak sore muscles. Or find a cozy nook to nestle into and nap or read a book.
