& MEDITATION
🌿 INHALE. EXHALE. DROP IN
This retreat is all about moving, breathing, eating, walking and living mindfully – in ways that replenish and restore your energy and connect you to prana – our vital life force.
The word yoga means union – and there’s no better place to feel a deep sense of connection, wonder and one-ness than in nature. Our daily practice and nourishing food will clear your mind and help re-awaken your senses – to enjoy the world around you and soak up the peaceful rhythms of nature.
From energising morning yoga to grounding meditations, mindfully crafted meals, and soul-nourishing moments in between. Our aim is not just about doing yoga but living it. Our intention is to weave this essence into your daily life, long after the retreat ends.
🧘 JOYFUL MOVEMENT. SWEET STILLNESS
Vinyasa yoga blends strength with softness, breath-led movement, mindfulness and and a focus on safe, intelligent alignment.
Yoga practices and workshops will be held in a serene, covered shala overlooking the tranquil retreat grounds.
Sessions can be modified for all levels – from curious beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners. A general level of fitness is recommended.
Retreats also give us the gift of time – to explore more than just asana, including meditation, breathwork, mantra, guided relaxation (yoga nidra) and yogic philosophy.
Together, we’ll deepen your understanding of yoga through Classical Yoga & Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, a timeless framework for living with more integrity, abundance, peace & joy.
All retreat activities and workshops are optional – this is your time to relax and renew.
