Arrival – Check in between 2-4pm. Fruit platter, snacks & refreshments will be provided upon arrival.
75 minute – Welcome Yoga Flow Practice to stretch out, grounding energy and relax into retreat mode.
Enjoy a delicious organic wholesome home-cooked dinner and settle in for the evening.
EXAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:
Morning
Early bird snacks & healthy daily juice tonic – for the early risers (coffee will also be available 😉
Daily (2 hour) Yoga Practice – Vinyasa style yoga flow which may also include meditation and breath work (pranayama)
Hot Breakfast – Enjoy a delicious breakfast to recharge and nourish after a 2 hour yoga practice
Free Time – enjoy the mid morning to relax & take a dip in the freshwater pool, read a book or stroll through the Bamboo forest.
Lunch made with local & organic ingredients
Afternoon
2 hour x afternoon Yoga Workshop – deepen your yoga practice & nourish mind and body
Free Time – you may like to book a massage or explore the Byron Bay hinterland
Evening
One evening we will enjoy Live Music with a special concert & Kirtan (with special guest musicians)
Relax and enjoy a delicious vegetarian home-cooked dinner
Free time to relax / sit by the outdoor fire pit to watch the sunset or an evening guided meditation
Final day
Daily Morning Yoga Practice followed by a delicious healthy & nutritious hot brunch and closing circle.

Who is this Retreat for?
This retreat is perfect for a yoga students who want to deepen their practice and to learn more about yoga – in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
Can I bring a friend / partner who is new to Yoga?
YES of course!
All asana practices can be modified to suit all levels, however a minimum of 4-6 months asana practice is highly recommended. And a general level of fitness is required.
Yoga Teachers – can I get continuing education credits?
YES for Yoga Teachers 15 hours of (contact) continuing education credits will be available. A certificate of completion will be issued to you upon request, provided you attend all sessions.
What kind of Yoga is on offer?
Vinyasa Yoga – you’ll have daily 2 hour guided asana sessions (flowing dynamic movement with breath). Other forms of yoga may also be offered (slow flow, yin, meditation, breath work, chanting, discussions about yoga philosophy) in the afternoon Workshops as well.
All asana practices can be modified to suit all levels. As well as options to up-level your practice (i.e., arm balances and inversions). However a minimum of 4-6 months asana practice is highly recommended.
A general level of fitness is required.
Do I have to attend every Yoga session?
All sessions offered are optional.
You’ll probably want to try and come to everything anyways – but I completely get that you’re also on vacation. This isn’t yoga boot-camp 🙂 One day you may decide you want to enjoy a sleep in or indulge in a long afternoon nap – that’s completely fine – there’s no pressure to attend every session.
If you are a yoga teacher and want the 15 hours – continuing education credits you will need to attend all sessions.
Will I be sharing a bed in the shared accommodation?
There is 1 x King sized bed per room…. so if you’re sharing a room you’ll be sharing the same bed too. If you do not have someone to share with – you may email me separately and depending on availability we may be able to offer you a private room.

This beautiful property is located in the rainforest in the Byron Bay hinterland. Our luxury yoga purpose-built retreat & oasis is set on 22 acres of lush rain forest surrounded by Bamboo and lychee forests.

This Retreat features a beautiful and unique Geo-dome yoga shala nestled in a bamboo forest.

Our group practices will take place in the purpose built Geo-Dome Yoga Shala surrounded by bamboo and lychee forests. All practices and activities are 100% optional – this is your time to relax and renew.

EAT WELL
Fresh, local, organic, wholesome vegetarian food will be prepared each day with love by our Wellness Chefs. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks will be served daily.
All dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan can easily be catered for.

What to do on your free time
In Sanskrit, Yoga means ‘Union’ – on Retreat we will incorporate a variety of holistic yoga practices to prepare the mind and body to merge into wholeness and peace – connecting to your True Nature.
We will unravel layers of tension through asana, quieten the mind with meditation, open your heart and sooth your soul with live music, relaxing by the glowing fire-pit at sunset or bathing in the freshwater infinity pool.
Yoga Workshops will help you deepen your practice and learn more about yoga and embody daily yoga practices. Explore practices to re-connect to yourself and others, ignite your yoga practice – and nourish your mind, body & soul.
Enjoy a special guest to experience live music chanting Kirtan to learn more about Bhakti Yoga and the epic stories in Hindu Mythology.
You’ll also have free time to relax, read a book, nap – take a stroll among 22 acres of lush bamboo forest or explore the Byron Bay hinterland.
