About The Retreat

This retreat is for all levels of yoga practitioners and teachers who want to take their practice to the next level, restore and nourish on all levels.
Each practice blends breath and fluid movement with attention to detailed alignment. Weaving in yogic philosophy to explore the myths & stories adding texture to the asanas. Our focus on alignment, mindfulness, progressive sequencing and emphasis on breath, makes the practices accessible to all levels.
Strengthen the body, release tension, and detoxify your system. Explore, challenge, strengthen and align your asana. Explore the deeper dimensions of Yoga Philosophy, 8 Limbs of Yoga and nourish the body. We will also do restorative chill flows to ease achy muscles and joints. Daily practices will help you cultivate deep insight and leave the retreat feeling restored and ready to go back into everyday life with renewed vitality, clarity and calm.
- 8 days & 7 nights accommodation
- 3 x meals daily – nourishing and delicious fresh Thai & Western cuisine made with local produce. Delicious daily coconuts and fresh juices included.

ACTIVITIES & RELAXATION:
In your free time, there’s plenty to do: get a massage, relax by the pool, SUP, kayak or swim, take a walk along the beach or grab a coconut and lie in a hammock all afternoon snoozing in between ocean / pool dips.
Daily yoga & meditation overlooking the ocean on a pristine, virtually private beach. Afternoon workshops offer opportunities to restore and/or learn about Yoga Philosophy and the Deeper Dimensions of Yoga.
All levels (beginner/intermediate – advanced) are welcome.
There is a massage & Wellness centre on site to indulge in therapeutic treatments.
There is complimentary Wifi throughout the retreat centre.
