Enjoy a relaxing Yoga Retreat nestled amongst tranquil vineyards in the beautiful Hunter Valley, just 2 hours drive from Sydney.

The focus of this retreat is finding balance of strength and softness; exploring yogic philosophy of sthira sukah or effort & deep surrender.

Daily 2 x hour morning vinyasa yoga to cleanse you body – al fresco overlooking the vineyards. Enjoy your free time relaxing by the pool or taking a complimentary wine, cheese and chocolate tasting tour.

In the afternoon, slow down the pace with Yin Yoga, sound healing, mindfulness & meditation to relax and de-stress surrounded by peaceful, magnificent beauty. You’ll leave this weekend feeling refreshed, balanced & deeply restored.

What kind of Yoga?

Morning Vinyasa Yoga (flowing dynamic movement with breath) designed to energise and balance your nervous system, mind and body.

In the afternoons more relaxing yoga will be offered: gentle flow, yin, meditation, sound-healing, breath work and discussions about yoga philosophy.

All yoga practices can be modified to suit all levels. Modifications will be offered as well as options to inspire & challenge your practice.

Can I come on the retreat alone?

Yes, absolutely! This is a perfect retreat for singles or students coming solo. Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone, lots of students will be in the same boat! After spending the weekend together, you’ll leave with new friends!

If you choose to share accommodation, you’ll be paired up with someone of the same gender. If you prefer a private room, you can email me separately and depending on availability we may be able to offer you a private room at an additional cost.

Can I have wine/alcohol to this retreat?

Yes. Only non-alcoholic drinks will be provided on retreat. However, you are welcome to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner, as long as alcohol is enjoyed responsibly.

The Retreat Estate is located in the heart of beautiful & unique wine country. There will be opportunities to explore the local vineyards, breweries, or visit a cellar door during your free time.

Even if you are not drinking, don’t worry you won’t be alone! You can still enjoy the Botique Wine Tour & beautiful scenery and tasting Cheese & Chocolate if you choose.

Can I bring a friend / partner who is new to Yoga?

Yes, absolutely! This retreat is perfect for anyone who want to get away and practice yoga in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

Asana practices can be modified to suit all levels, however a general level of fitness is required and a foundational asana practice is recommended.

Is it mandatory to attend every Yoga session?

No. Everything offered on the retreat is optional.

You’ll probably want to try and come to all the sessions; but this isn’t yoga boot-camp ūüôā One day you might decide you want to indulge in a long afternoon nap – that’s completely fine – there’s no pressure to attend every session.

If you are a yoga teacher and want continuing education credits you will need to attend all sessions.

Yoga Teachers – can I get continuing education credits?

Yes, a certificate of completion can be issued upon request, provided you attend all sessions.

Hunter Valley Retreat

Our Yoga Retreat Estate is in an elegant, spacious estate on seven stunning acres at the end of a quiet country lane. Boasting magnificent panoramic views of the Valley and surrounding vineyards, Brokenback & Barrington Ranges.

Our retreat is located close to several local wineries, cellar doors and a famous artisan chocolate shop. This unique location offers access to unique cellar door wine or beer tasting tours should you choose to explore the surrounding area on your free time.


Shared rooms are luxuriously spacious and well appointed with ensuite bathroom and rooms on the first floor boast a private balcony.

Getting There

Our retreat is just 2 hours drive from Sydney, in the Hunter Valley.

You may like to drive, or ride-share. Alternatively there are private shuttle companies available that offer transfers to/from Sydney. Please note, transportation is not included.

You will receive detailed instructions and retreat location upon confirming your booking.

Daily yoga, meditation, afternoon workshops and Yin practice will help you drop into the next level of relaxation.

We will explore the philosophy at the heart of the Yoga Sutras. Be guided with mindfulness & meditation practices to dive into the reservoir of stillness at your centre.



A deposit or partial payment is required to secure your place. Full payment is required on or before 14 January 2022.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable.

If cancellation notice is given greater than >6 weeks prior to retreat start date, you may be able to transfer fees paid minus half the deposit to another retreat provided another participant can be found to take your place.

Notice given of cancellation <6 weeks or less prior to the retreat start date, 100% of your deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded or transferred. If we can find someone to take your place you may be able to transfer the remaining retreat fees (minus your full deposit) to a future retreat.

After 14 January 2022, the retreat fees are 100% non refundable and cannot be transferred to another retreat.
